I mean, why not take their money? One buck in my pocket is one buck less in republican party / Trump donations.

I’ve struggled with this line of thinking, myself. Sure, you’re taking their money, which is a plus, but you’re also encouraging the things that make them so disagreeable to begin with. Do the ends justify the means?

I mean, they can. They just need to sign an affidavit and commit fraud.

It’s illegal, but they can do it anyway in most places.

It’s his wife and she has a hearing coming up. They failed to provide any documentation showing that they lived together after getting married. This is standard stuff, had to do this with my wife.

So yeah, the text is a lie.

Thanks for the clarification. I read that and thought…hmmm… Sounds a bit too on the nose to be true. Turns out my instinct was correct. Lol

No, it’s him who is being threatened with deportation. It is due to not showing any evidence of living together though.

Furthermore, the notice stated that, “We have been notified that Roland Beainy is currently detained by ICE and his green card has been revoked. He is no longer recognized as a leaseholder or authorized representative of Trump Burger Kemah LLC.”

      It really isn’t

Roland Beainy, who reportedly grew up in Lebanon and moved to the United States in 2019, alleges in a lawsuit that he owns 50 percent of the business Trump Burger LLC. Beainy filed the suit in Fayette County on April 16 against Iyad Abuelhawa, also known as Eddie Hawa. Hawa started the original Trump Burger restaurant in Bellville.

In the Fayette County lawsuit, Beainy claims he paid Hawa $65,000 for the 50 percent stake in the business. Beainy’s partners, Bart and Dana Blakelock, filed an affidavit supporting Beainy’s claim. They say Hawa agreed to the purchase on or about Jan. 22, 2025, and that the money was received by Hawa in March. Hawa has since filed a counterclaim, alleging that there was no written contract. Hawa is seeking $1 million in damages. That case is pending in court.

      See

That’s a separate issue, nothing to do with his wife possibly being denied her green card renewal.

Bonus being shit on by trump:

Patterson has since leased the Kemah property to another tenant, who has renamed it “MAGA Burger.”

That’s probably a good idea, because lawyers for President Trump’s private business, the Trump Organization, sent Trump Burger of Bellville a cease and desist letter on Feb. 3.

    The Trump Brand

The letter stated “… we were surprised to learn that you have been flagrantly infringing upon the Trump Organization’s valuable and well-established intellectual property right by operating at least three restaurants under the Trump name and brand.”

The letter included a reference to the Trump Burger location in Flatonia.

Yeah, I thought this might be the reason he’s in trouble. The turd supremo has a grift to run, and some smuck is making money off of it? That’s heresy. Take him out

That first more link is horrible. The “joint” repeatedly, and UCIS instead of USCIS. Credibility is low on that one.
