The pictures look like screen grabs of a zoom call, not really profile pics.
Most romance scammers steal random photos from online. “Nicole” could be a yahoo boy in Lagos, or multiple guys working for a quasi-state approved Russian operation.

I still stand by Nicole being one of those two Russian steam accounts I linked to when the scam first popped up.
That’s not the only account. Sorry for the picture but I can’t copy/paste from my blocklist.
