I have the Anbernic rg351v and really love it for SNES, GBA and NES games. I can play N64 games but without the C buttons it’s harder. Great for arcade and rpg style games like Zelda and Secret of Mana, etc. I haven’t used it in awhile since I got a steam deck, but is a solid device in my opinion. Should be able to find around $100.

There are better ones that are landscape, larger screen, dual sticks, but for retro stuff I wanted as close to Gameboy form factor as possible

It’s decent, I downloaded and watched it again recently. Cake did the theme song. Art is fairly simple and unique. Sucks it only had 1 season, I loved it, especially the real world episode.

Ha. Almost got fired from Advance Auto for similar issue. Me and this dude closed one night, next day manager says “$100 was missing from last night’s drop. It if appears by Friday, I’ll forget about it, otherwise you two are fired.”

Well I didn’t take it and never heard another word about it, so either dude put it back or manager realized the mistake and dropped it.

I quit when I put a padlock on the oil container that customers used to pour used oil into. Came in every single day to a fucking oil mess, so I locked it and put the key up front and a note to see an employee for assistance. Next day, lock is gone, oil mess again. Said fuck it and left.

Ah. Yeah, I’ve run into some issues where I gladly paid to have it repaired, I sure as hell wasn’t doing it. I do most of my own stuff, so the repair prices always shock me. $1700 bucks to replace two front struts and 2 rear shocks on a 3rd gen Ford escape. I found a second mechanic that did them with my parts (OEM from rockauto, nothing fancy) plus top engine mount for $1200 which was more reasonable to me. The struts required the whole lower knuckle to come out, not just bolts like normal. If I had a garage, maybe, but hard for me to do in a parking lot.

I’ve always felt like insurance was a scam, it’s “required” and fucks you every which way.
