Well this software is more intended for administrative staff working for the government, so I don’t think that decentralisation is their goal here.
The US is straight up owned by oligarchs. They can steal data, build products around said stolen data, and make you pay for the product built around said stolen data. But god forbid you dabble in piracy just so you can read a book, or a research paper, or expand your education without making anyone rich. No, only the parasite class is allowed to rake in billions of pieces of stolen content and force feed that back to you.
If artificial intelligence can be trained on stolen information, then so should be “natural” intelligence.

While unemployed due to his illness, he streamed while working on his own operating system that he built with the intention of “communicating with God”. While streaming, he used to go on these rants about how federal agents are spying on him, calling them “glowies” more often than not along the n word with a very hard r at the end. The term “glowies” has very racist associations.
In other words, you need to be somewhat fairly far down the alt-right pipeline if you actually talk about “glowies”.

Personally, I was in the same situation as you a few years ago. I was in complete despair, burned out by the sheer pressure of the ever changing political landscape, always slipping bit by bit closer to fascism. Thankfully, a friend pulled me out of it by making me engage with local political organizations. I joined a marxist group, read a lot on political theory and on history. Only then I realized that what I was fearing the most was the unpredictable. But it doesn’t have to be like that. The more I expanded my knowledge in terms of history, economics, and politics, the more I felt like I at least knew what to expect, that I was somewhat in control of my fear. Don’t get me wrong, I still dread the future, but all that I can say now is that at least I now somewhat know what the future brings. And while my outlook still stays bleak, having an understanding of what’s happening around you lets you have a more rational and hands down approach towards your fears. Also, engaging politically at a local level helps a lot too. You can make an impact and see things changing for the better at least in your direct vicinity.
