I’m an autistic and ADHD geek. I’m also an aspiring Linux sysadmin. I love Warframe, The Witcher, forest and ocean facts, cats, and tech. I’m always looking to learn new things. I live by a rule of ‘live and let live’, except when someone is hurting or trying to force their way of life onto others.

Daydreaming to the point where it’s interfering with your day to day life
Standing in the corner doing nothing probably won’t work well, but sitting in a chair with a book and an expectation to talk about it after might. Giving them stim toys like fidget spinners could also work. The idea is you want them to calm down.
