Well, that is possible. But it doesn’t change the result. When I watch something with higher fps, I suddenly see all the film work. The way the scene is lit artificially, the way the set pieces were placed, the way the actors were directed to first look here and then turn there… It’s like looking at a magician show and seeing and understanding all the tricks he’s doing. It is interesting in some way, but not for long if you’re not into the technical side. You can’t see the intended result - the magic.

I do prefer it, no /s
Thanks a lot, I’m looking forward to jumping into this new rabbit hole!
Can you recommend some good r&b influenced k-pop songs? I’d like to give them a try.
There are loads of romantic music! It’s easy to chose the songs/authors you like and not listen to the ones you find unhealthy.

For some reason I used to imagine the Niagara Falls as a beautiful natural site.

angrystego@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Is there an actor you can't stand? Do they have any exceptions?3·1 month agoOh, I hated his role in Blade Runner 2049. Not his acting, just the role. It seemed forcefully implanted in the story to make it more action-filled. I also hated the recreation of young Rachel concept. It made no sense to me and felt like it should make no sense to Decart either. I wish Leto’s role would have been toned down to allow for the film’s meditative and well emotionally built parts to shine.

The comment states that they don’t really know Pedro Pascal and can be taken as just funny, absurd and quite neutral.

The 8 billion are unable to think clearly, identify problems and organize. The billionaires are focused on their goals and super influential. They’re able to buy loyality of the key less fortunate people and enforce loyality of others. They can also buy media to influence thinking of the masses.
If it was just about numbers, the billionaires would lose. But it’s not.
