Even if you are in the 2% most intelligent and you’re somehow immune, you still have to live with the rest who do get influenced by AI. And they vote. So it’s never just a they problem.

LLMs are not a bad tool for translations, they have to be checked well though. Working with a language is the one thing they can actually do - unlike giving real answers.

It finds the end-words first to make the poem rhyme, than looks for the rest of the words. I do it this way as well just like many other people trying to create any kind of rhyming text.

angrystego@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•I'm a straight guy who wants to be cute, not handsome. Can I still be attractive despite choosing to be unmanly?7·3 months agoCute works, I know several cases where it did. If you feel like you don’t emit the sexy vibes enough, try to think of ways you could express your sexuality in harmony with your cute style. Cute doesn’t mean asexual, but you need to show it in some way. Perhaps look at how cute women do it not to come across as childish and disinterested in sex - it can be done, cute, wholesome and sexy can coexist well.
I don’t think this is really a good way though. Perhaps with some small subset of people. I also don’t believe in repeating the same jokes every time. The delivery starts to feel too professional after a few repetitions and it shows the communication is not authentic.
I’m from Europe. I don’t know any completely apolitical people, really. Everyone has heard of some political topic and most of the topics make people feel strong emotions, based on which they form their opinions. In my country, the people from group 2 are not organized by themselves, but they are being successfully manipulated by rich populists. They are the majority and they are the group you need to win over to win any elections.
We’ll see. I hope you’re right. I’m just less optimistic.
I’m definitely in a bubble, not in a terminally online one though. I’d say I exist in two sphears that don’t overlap personally, rather spacially around me. One of them is an intellectual bubble that is overwhelmingly but not to a 100% full of people who oppose fascism of any flavour. The other one is a manual labourer or simple job worker bubble - I see a lot more diversity there, many people falling for different kinds of propaganda, superstition, fearmongering. Some of those are already hardcore nazis, some of them are sympathizers in some ways. They usually get informations from the TV, newspapers and friends, partially online as well - mostly Facebook.
What West are you talking about? Fascism sensu stricto was invented in the West.
Yep, in many cases that could be a major improvement.
